There are two houses on three interconnected plots. One house is used for living, the other is an old farmhouse split in half by a wall and could be completely renovated if it were to be used as a future residence.

A private well with a flow rate of over 10,000 liters per hour was drilled on the property.

Endesa provides electricity via the public grid.

The house has a large dining room with an open-plan kitchen, as well as three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower at the rear of the house.

Directly behind the house, a few meters from the attached, covered terrace, an above-ground irrigation tank was built, which now serves as a swimming pool with its own small terrace.

The plot is mostly flat, but there are also terraces leading down to other level areas.
Neighbors are not visible from the house due to the trees and hills, but are nearby in case of emergency.

Access to the house is via a wide road and a slightly narrower but comfortable path, both paved, leading to the property itself.
