Location
The finca is only about a 6-minute drive from the charming village of Els Reguers and an 11-minute drive from the small town of Jesús.
This means that the advantages of urban infrastructure such as nurseries, schools, sports activities, hospitals, restaurants, cafés, etc. are only a few minutes away.
The centre of the picturesque town of Tortosa is about a 16-minute drive away.

From here, you have a breathtaking view of the Els Ports mountains.
It is a beautiful place where you can relax surrounded by nature!
The nearest picturesque Mediterranean beaches are only a 35-minute drive away.

According to tradition, up to 28 people were able to find refuge here during the Civil War.

Plot
The flat 32,000 m² plot is mainly planted with olive trees. It is very well maintained and can provide you with excellent quality olive oil.

House
The total built-up area of the house is approx. 120 m². The house was previously used as a summer and weekend home.

The living room with fireplace is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is located directly behind the living room. Two compact bedrooms and a living room with shower are also located on the ground floor.

A staircase leads upstairs to the spacious bedroom.

This house is in need of renovation, but has great potential to become a cosy home in a natural setting.
